CLARIFOIL® is a cellulose acetate film that has been certified by Home Compost for windowing, laminating, labeling and thermoforming applications.
It is available in a wide range of products from 14 μm to 500 μm thick, it can be colored or pearlescent and available in matt or semi-matte versions.
Its main characteristics and qualities make it the bio sourced and compostable material for cardboard box winding applications, labels, adhesive tape, thermoforming and laminating. It has anti-fogging characteristics.
Its resistance to oils, greases and water and its thermal resistance allow it to be used on products that can be heated in the microwave.
CLARIFOIL® film provides a solution that respects the environment. It is sustainability factor, made from a renewable source: PEFC certified wood pulp. It is biodegradable and compostable according to standards, it does not contain GMOs.
